Access From JR Hiroshima Station or Yokogawa Station, take a train on the Kabe Line, get off at "Mitaki Station" and walk 20 minutes

"Tahoto" or "treasure pagoda" (designated as a prefectural important cultural asset) was originally built on the grounds of the Hirohachiman Shrine in Wakayama Prefecture, but was moved here in 1951 in consecration to the victims of the atomic bomb. There is a waterfall called "Shiraito-no-taki" on the temple grounds. Mitaki-dera Temple is also known by visitors as a place for walking and viewing tinted autumn leaves.
