Centered around the International Conference Center Hiroshima in Peace Memorial Park, many hotels and convention venues are located within walking distance of each other, which makes it possible to host any kind of MICE events of any scale ranging from a conference with over 10,000 participants to a small-sized meeting.
The area boosts abundant tourist attractions including two UNESCO World Heritage Sites―the Itsukushima Shrine and the A-Bomb Dome. What makes Hiroshima even more attractive is its local dining―in particular, the oysters, okonomiyaki, and sake are famous all across Japan.

Okonomiyaki, a kind of pancake with layered vegetables, noodles, sliced pork and a fried egg., is one of the most popular local dishes. It’s especially fun cooking okonomiyaki in a group.
Attending a tea ceremony at Shukkeien Garden, a traditional Japanese garden, is an ideal program for an incentive travel or for an accompanying person’s program.
At high tide, one can sail through the Otorii Gate of the Itsukushima Shrine.

Hiroshima, completely devastated by the atomic bombing on the 6th August, 1945, owes its recovery and present prosperity to support extended from all over the world. One could almost say that the people of Hiroshima show their hospitality as an expression of gratitude to the world.
Hiroshima citizens are known for their genuine friendliness and loyalty to their hometown. They extend a hearty welcome to visitors hoping that they have really a memorable time during their
stay. Some English-speaking volunteers are available to assist international conference organizers by providing participants from abroad with local information on sightseeing, shopping, etc.
International Conference Center Hiroshima, located just beside Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, Peace Memorial Park, is an ideal venue for peaceful and significant international conferences.
